Mini is for brands fulfilling their own orders. The Starter → Enterprise plans are for 3PLs fulfilling for multiple clients, with the client portal and multi-client tools.
We never block your orders
Order counts aren't a hard cap. If you go over, you simply pay per extra order — Mini $0.20, Starter $0.15, Growth $0.12, Pro $0.08. Real customer sales always go through.
AI assistant allowance
Each plan includes a monthly AI assistant allowance (Mini 50 → Pro 5,000). When you reach it, the assistant pauses for the month — upgrade any time for more.
